Answers to what we get asked most
A generation failed and credits were taken
Credits are refunded automatically when a generation fails, usually within a minute. If your balance still looks wrong after that, send the prompt and the rough time it happened and we will trace it and correct it by hand.
Billing, invoices and refunds
Every purchase emails a GST invoice as a PDF, and you can download past invoices from Account then Billing at any time. To stop a subscription renewing, turn auto-renew off in Account - your plan then stays active until the date you already paid for, and you keep the credits you have.
Can I use the images commercially?
Yes on paid plans - ads, social, packaging and print are all covered, and you own what you create. Write to us if you need something in writing for a client or a legal team and we will send it.
The result is not what I described
Send us the prompt and what you expected instead. Most misses come down to a detail the prompt left open, and we can usually tell you the one line to change. If it turns out to be a fault on our side we refund the credits and fix it.
Enterprise, volume and API access
