1. What we collect

Your account details (email and name), what you create (prompts, pictures you upload and the images and videos you make), the record of your purchases, and basic technical data such as IP address, device and browser.

2. How we use it

To run PixiumAI: make what you ask for, keep your work in your account, take payments, answer support requests, keep the service safe from abuse, send you service emails, and meet our legal duties. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Who we share it with

Only with the service providers that run PixiumAI for us - hosting and storage, the partners that turn your prompt into an image or video, our payment gateway and our email service - and only what each needs for its job. Payments are handled by the gateway: we never receive your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it. Anything you choose to publish to Explore can be seen by anyone.

4. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser, but you will not be able to stay signed in.

5. Security and how long we keep it

Your files are stored in India and protected with industry-standard measures; making an image or video can involve processing outside India. Your account and creations are kept until you delete them or close your account. Purchase and invoice records are kept for as long as tax law requires, even after an account is closed.

6. Your rights

You can see, correct or delete your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Most of this is under Account; for anything else, write to our Grievance Officer below. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

7. Children

PixiumAI is not meant for anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page and tell you by email or in the app when the change matters.
