We use your information to provide and improve PixiumAI, process generations, communicate with you, enforce our terms, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Data storage & security
Your data is stored securely. We use industry-standard measures to protect your information. Generated images and prompts may be processed by our AI providers in accordance with their policies and our agreements.
4. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can review your account details, saved brand information, payment methods and creation history under Account, or write to us and we will action the request.
5. Payments
Card, UPI and netbanking payments are handled by our payment gateway. We do not receive or store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN at any point - saved cards are held as gateway tokens, not card data, and you can remove a saved card from your account at any time. We do store the record of a purchase: amount, plan or credit pack, invoice number and date, because we are required to for tax and accounting.
6. How long we keep it
Account information is kept for as long as your account is active. Images and prompts stay in your account until you delete them or close the account. Transaction and invoice records are retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law even after an account is closed, which we cannot shorten on request.
7. Cookies & similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking the cookies used for sign-in will prevent you from staying logged in.
8. Children
PixiumAI is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under the age at which they can consent to processing under their local law. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the service or email where appropriate, and the date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
