How billing works
What a credit buys
Credits are spent per image, and the cost depends on the resolution you pick: 1K costs the least, 4K the most. A quick social post and a print-ready 4K poster are not the same job, so they are not the same price.
If a generation fails
Credits are returned automatically, usually within a minute. You are charged for images you receive, not for attempts. If a balance still looks wrong after that, write to us and we will correct it by hand.
Cancelling
Turn auto-renew off in Account and nothing further is charged. Your plan stays active until the date you have already paid for, and the credits you have keep working - cancelling does not delete them mid-cycle.
Invoices and GST
Every purchase emails a GST invoice as a PDF, and past invoices stay available under Account then Billing. Listed prices are GST-inclusive, so the amount you see is the amount charged.
Paying
Cards, UPI and netbanking, handled by our payment gateway - card details are never stored on PixiumAI. Yearly plans are set up on a card or netbanking, because UPI AutoPay cannot cover a mandate that size.
Free to start
You get free credits on signup with no card required, so you can judge the output on your own brief before paying. Upgrade when you need the volume, the higher resolutions or commercial rights.
